Products of JCB

The majority of the vehicles made by the JCB are the backhoe loader’s variants, such as wheeled and tracked variants, larger and mini versions, and additional variants to carry and move items, like telescopic handlers to move materials to a building site’s upper floor, and forklift vehicles. Tracked three hundred and sixty-degree excavators are also being made by JCB. These excavators range from a seven-ton swing excavator (.1Z70) to a forty-six-ton tracked excavator (JS460). It also manufactures wheeled three hundred and sixty-degree excavators that range from IS130W to JS200W.

Wheeled loaders are also manufactured by JCB for agricultural and industrial purposes. It ranges from hydrostatic machines of six tons to large quarrying machines of twenty-five tons that use a mix of diesel engines of four and six cylinders. This company is well known for its tractors It started making JCB Fastrac from the year 1990. These tractors have the capability of travelling at the speeds of fifty, sixty-five, or seventy-five kilometres per hour. From the year 2006, it started producing a large variety of compact tractors that can be used for the agricultural duties of the light nature, horticulture and grounds-care.

It has three manufacturing plants at Uttoxeter, referred to as the JCB Center of World Parts, JCB Heavy Products, and JCB Attachments; and one in North Wales referred to as JCB Drivetrain Systems.

In India, the manufacturing plants of JCB can be found in Pune, Jaipur, and Haryana. In the US, its factories are present in Georgia. The Brazilian unit is in Sorocaba. In the year 2005, the Chinese factory of this company was completed in Pudong. It is also the owner of Vibro-max, which is a compaction equipment manufacturing company in Germany. The market for construction equipment in India is dominated by JCB. The revenue of JCB India increased from seventy-five million dollars in the year 2001 to one billion dollars in the year 2012 and 2013.
