UPSEE is a state-level entrance examination conducted by UPTU (Uttar Pradesh Technical University). The exam is conducted for the students who are seeking admission to various undergraduate courses like Bachelor of Pharmacy (BPHARM), Bachelor of Technology (BTECH), Bachelor of Fashion & Apparel Design (BFAD), Bachelor of Hotel Management Catering Technology (BHMCT), Master of Business Administration (MBA), Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA), Masters in Applied Management (MAM) and Master of Computer Application (MCA) in Uttar Pradesh.
In order to apply and write UPSEE, a candidate should have passed XII from a recognized state or national education board. He/she should have a minimum score of 45% (general) or 40% for SC/ST. Maths and Physics are compulsory subjects while chemistry or biotechnology or biology can be selected as an optional subject.
