Vote of Thanks for Farewell Party

Good Morning/ Evening to the most honoured guests, respected Principal, venerated Chief Guest & my dear students.’
I feel obliged and elated to have been given this opportunity to propose vote of thanks on this special occasion to the representative assembly of guests.
On behalf of the entire _ fraternity, I would like to thank our reversed chief guest Mr./Mrs. _ as I feel the farewell would have lost its true essence without you as the centre of all our efforts. Sir, Ma’am, your inspiring words to our outgoing batch have left an indelible mark on the minds of our children. Your sage advice will equip our students sufficiently to face & in the competitive world.
I am also beholden to the Principal Mr./Mrs. _ of the school (Name of the school) for rendering as an opportunity to speaks our heart on this auspeicious occasion. I wish to sincerely thanks Principal Sir/ to give us a befitting farewell and organizing it in such a way as to make this day leave a trail of fond memories for outgoing batches. Sir, Your enlightening words are a legacy that you have bequeathed to the parting students which they will always preserve & cherish.
I also wich to extend my thanks to all the guests who presided over this occasion. You all have added charm and verve to the festive occasion.
I would also like to commend and thank students committee and the support staff for working frantically to put forth the best ever farewell programme & for hassle-free preparations in such short notice. Your conscientiousness speaks volume about your sense of belonging to the school.
Last but not the heart, I would also express my deepfelt gratitude to parents for being present here on this remarkable day. Nothing could be more rewarding & bountiful than your blessings for the students of our outgoing batch.
In the end, I would thank each one of your personally and feel it is mutual love, respect and concern that binds all of us in an inextricable bond which may transcend time & space and leaves behind of cherishable moments to miss foundly.
