Sir,

I regret to inform you that the Postman delivering post in ‘A’ Block is not performing his duty properly and sincerely. He is also demanding ‘Bakshish’ whenever he delivers a parcel or a money order.

Sometimes, he does not turn up at all, he comes at his own sweet will, any time of the day. He does not drop the letters in the letterboxes but throws them in the Verandahs or delivers them to the children playing in the street. Many important letters are thus, lost. Sometimes, urgent letters don’t reach us at the proper time. We have asked him many times to deliver the post properly but he does not listen to us.

I request you to either instruct the Postman to do his duty properly and be regular or change the Postman of this area.
