4. Lead Paragraph: This is the most important paragraph. It answers the 5Ws and 1H — What, When, Where, Who, Why, and How. It gives a brief but full summary of the event.

5. Body (Details and Quotes): This part explains the news in detail. Mention important moments, facts, witness accounts, and quotes (if any). Maintain clarity and logical order.

6. Conclusion: End with the current situation, follow-up steps, or the public’s response. Avoid giving personal opinions.

1. Can I use fake quotes if no one is mentioned in the question?

Yes, you can. Just make the quote sound real and short. Write something that matches the situation. Don’t write anything funny or unrelated. Keep it formal and natural.

2. What if I don’t know who the reporter is?

If the question doesn’t mention the reporter’s name, use something general like By a Staff Reporter or By Aman Singh. Never write your own name unless asked.

3. Can I write in points or bullets?

No. A newspaper report should always be in paragraph form. It should look like a real news article, not a list. Keep the structure proper and clear.

4. Is it okay to write conversations or dialogues?

No. You should not add full conversations. A report is not a story. You may use one short quote if needed, but no chatting lines or dialogues.

5. Should I describe what I felt about the event?

Never Newspaper reports must be factual. Don’t add personal views or feelings like “I felt bad” or “It was amazing.” Stay neutral.
