This is with reference to the purchase of a Citizen colour TV-set from your outlet against Cash Memo no. 123 dated August 2. For about a month and a half, it worked well. But about 15 days back the TV-set started giving trouble. It is not working properly. Its sound is not clear and the picture changes to black and white every now and then. There appear stars and lines on the screen.
The set has one year’s warranty against any technical defect. I request you to send your engineer to attend to it and rectify the defect. If he certifies that there is some manufacturing defect, I request you to replace the set with a new one.
