So you guys might be thinking what does Fear actually means it is an unpleasant emotion caused by threat of danger, pain or harm. It is actually a feeling; it causes a change in metabolism or organ function and ultimately a change in behavior. The fear response arises from perception of danger leading to escape from/avoiding the threat, in extreme cases of fear a person can be paralysis. People think that Fear is closely related to anxiety but it is not, it’s just a response to fear. There are millions types of fear existing around us. It can be a fear from death, to meet strangers, from height, of dogs, of water and even from a ball of cotton and this list never ends because it depends upon person to person.  Nowadays, there are millions of ways of over-coming the fear the best and main is to talk to someone elder to you who can guide you perfectly.
