I am a student of class X B at your school. Since December 25, 2002. I have been suffering from Jaundice. The doctor has advised me two weeks rest. Asper the school calendar the board examinations will start w.e.f. 5 Jan. 2003. In such a condition, I would not be able to take examinations. I shall be grateful if you kindly exempt me from taking the examinations.
The medical certificate issued by the doctor is enclosed herewith. Kindly grant me leave for fifteen days as the doctor has advised me complete rest for a fortnight. I shall be very grateful to you for this.
