Kindly refer to the copy of my electricity bill (as quoted above) for 13, Grewal Colony, Dhanbad for the period /cycle Jan—Feb, 19… The bill shows an amount of Rs. 3058.62 as payable by me. This includes arrears of Rs. 2088.
Kindly note the arrears have been paid last month. A copy of the paid bill is enclosed. Please make necessary changes and send the revised bill for early payment. Kindly also see that no penalty or late fine is imposed or the electric supply disconnected by your men.
