Leaders develop through self-study. Education, training and experience along with the qualities of perseverance, hard work and Willpower contribute to the making of a good leader. The world has a number of leaders who have changed the face of the world. Be it Barrack Obama, who fount against traditional barriers of race and ethnicity and became the first African American to sent America as its president or Marget Thatcher, the iron lady of Britain, to Mohandas Karamchand Gandhi who led India to her freedom. Good leaders are made, not born.
There are certain essential qualities that all leaders have in common and one of these is that the, leave a strong impact on their followers. A leader must be an excellent communicator and be able to engage in dialogue and discussion with his followers. The qualities that a leader must have are enthusiasm and positivity and a commitment to do something for the betterment of the larger public. A leader must have integrity and devotion to his work along with the spirit of perfection.
The most essential quality a leader must have is the willingness to shoulder any responsibility that comes his way. Today our national leaders have lost their moral and ethical integrity. We require dynamic leaders who are devoted to their duty and ready to uphold the democratic values which define us and take the country forward on the path of progress.
