I told him that my advance booking was confirmed but he did not listen to me and put me off with one excuse or the other.

`Span Travels’ is a big name and such callous and irresponsible behaviour was not expected from you. It simply means your company is befooling innocent tourists for nothing. We’ll have to rethink to have any further dealings with your firm.

I had to spend three nights in that smelly room in the hotel which in your eyes is not less than a ‘Five Star Hotel’. You must allow me a proportionate refund immediately.
