Condolence on the Death of a Colleague

Dear Prakash,
You might be aware that Shri Harkishan Shastri who served at our office for twenty years expired in his sleep yesterday. He died in harness. As you know he rendered an yeomen’s service in our company and we wish to gather at the office square tomorrow at 10 a.m. to observe two minutes silence for the departed soul.
The company management has decided to present a cheque of Rs.10, 000 for the family of the deceased.
