Sir

Thank you very much for the prompt despatch of sarees against our Order No. 0101 dated August 20. However, we regret to inform you that the colours and designs of the sarees sent by you do not correspond to the samples selected and approved by us. The border designs of the Banarsi sarees do not at all match the designs submitted by us.

Festival season is going to set in and we need these sarees urgently. Some of the sarees are requested sarees and the customers are frequenting our shop every now and then. We are just putting them off on one pretext or the other. The consignment sent by you is not acceptable.

We request you to arrange for an immediate replacement of the present lot sent by you. We are not sending the cheque for the time being. We hope you understand our predicament. Waiting for early delivery.
