OMG! Phobia, Fear, people say that I have fears from this and that, all that Blah-Blah. I sit possible to be fearless? This question arrived in my mind when I saw a girl crying in a corner cause of fear. So you guys might be thinking what does Fear actually means it is an unpleasant emotion caused by the threat of danger, pain or harm. It is actually a feeling; it causes a change in metabolism or organ function and ultimately a change in behaviour. The fear response arises from the perception of danger leading to escape from/avoiding the threat, in extreme cases of fear a person can be paralysis. People think that Fear is closely related to anxiety but it is not, it’s just a response to fear. There are millions of types of fear existing around us. It can be fear from death, to meet strangers, from the height, of dogs, of water and even from a ball of cotton and this list never ends because it depends upon person to person. Nowadays, there are millions of ways of overcoming the fear the best and main is to talk to someone elder to you who can guide you perfectly.
