Read the Passage carefully and answers the following Questions:-

Overall the countryside, wherever one goes, indications of the technique are visible to the Seeing Eye. By technique is meant an exercise of skill acquired by practice and directed to a well- foreseen end. It is the name for the action of any of our powers after they have been so improved by training to perform that action with certainty and success.
