KRA — Key Result Area

KRA Full-Form refers to Key Result Area. KRA is basically a concept used for measuring the performance of an individual. Example of KRA

KRAs can be understood easily by taking the example of a server in any restaurant. For a server, ‘customer satisfaction’ does not come under the key result output, because everyone working in and for the restaurant makes the contribution for achieving this goal. The ‘customer rapport’, on the other hand, does form a key result output for a server. A server is required to develop a good rapport with the restaurant’s customers. Some of the additional KBAs are ‘delivered food and beverages’ and ‘paid bills’.
