Ans:-                                        FREE EDUCATION UPTO SECONDARY LEVEL

THE FUNDAMENTAL RIGHT OF EVERY INDIAN CHILD

Dec. 27: An inter-school debate competition was organised by the Lions Club of Anup Vihar. The topic for debate was: ‘Free education up to Secondary level is the fundamental right of every Indian child.’ I took part in this competition and spoke in favour of the motion. In my speech, I spelt out the reasons in support of my views. I pointed out that it is the children of a country who are its true future. No country can develop or prosper whose children remain uneducated. So it is the duty of the government to see that each and every child gets a free education at least up to the secondary level. In fact, it should be the fundamental right of every child. The Judges were so impressed by my views that they awarded me the first prize.
