Descriptive Paragraph on Republic Day – The Republic Day is the major celebration of the day when the Constitution of India was adopted in the year 1950. The day is celebrated with great zeal and enthusiasm as a symbol of national unity, peace and integrity.
Descriptive Paragraph on Republic Day
 Yesterday our country celebrated its Republic day on 26th January. 1 could not go to India gate lawns to watch the parade of different states. Therefore, I had to sit in front of my T.V. I was surprised at the smart uniforms and the enthusiasm of different battalions of all the three branches of the forces.
They were followed by the young brave children who seemed to be very happy on the elephants as all of them had received bravery awards. The tableau of the states was the main attraction as the colourful artists presented the dances of their states with a message.
The people gathered there, were impressed by the school children who presented a number of items. I also wanted to join them. Afterwards, I realized that on T.V. I was able to watch more than by going there.
